Why We Use a Reservation System

At Chobap Sushi Bar, we offer an intimate 8-seat omakase experience.
Because we source and prepare ingredients daily based on confirmed bookings, even one cancellation or no-show can greatly affect our service and operations.
To minimize last-minute changes, we kindly ask guests to confirm their reservation in advance and carefully review the policies below.

Standard Reservation Policy

No deposit required
Credit card hold placed at time of booking
$50 fee per guest for cancellations, changes within 72 hours, or no-shows
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled and the fee will apply
• We do not offer a vegetarian menu
• Please inform us of allergies in advance

Group Reservations

(5–8 Guests)

• Only special group bookings require a $300 prepaid deposit
Changes to guest count must be made at least 14 days in advance
• The 72-hour policy does not apply to group reservations

Even if we assist you with booking, you must confirm your reservation through the official link.
Without confirmation, the reservation is not finalized.
